Cyril Holt Green, 1945 - 1946

Cyril Holt Green was a Conservative who was first elected to Bilston Borough Council in 1937. He was an estate agent by profession based in Lichfield Street, Bilston. He became Mayor in November 1945, at the end of the Second World War, and one of his first official duties was at the Armistice Day Remembrance Service.
