Anacletus Byrne-Quinn, 1942 - 1943 Little is known
about Byrne-Quinn. He became mayor in November 1942. He was a married
man whose wife accompanied him on one of his first official duties
as mayor, to the Armistice Day service, where she laid a wreath
at the War Memorial in Wolverhampton. Photograph
